The Kairuruku - NgÄ TÄngata Me Te Ahurea | Coordinator - People and Culture is a part of the P&C branch working in close partnership with all P&C teams, from Advisory to Organisational Development & Recruitment. You will provide administration and coordination support to the P&C teams. As well as this you will be involved in supporting HR projects and will be the first point of call for HR queries. There is a lot of support within the team, and opportunity to develop your skills and abilities.
We're moving into a new Wellington CBD building soon, so you'll be working from there, or your own place. We work 37.5 hours per week and are happy to consider other working arrangements.

You are an energetic individual with the motivation to support a fast-paced P&C branch. We are looking for someone who has an open and fresh approach, inclusive and collaborative style with a strong desire to provide an excellent customer-centric service. You will be an expert at managing your time and priorities to ensure our customers are connected with information, resources, and Advisors to solve queries and issues relating to HR.
